Get Back Into Your Account

Follow these instructions to get back into your Mercury account.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Reset your network password. Ensure it is at least 15 characters long.
  2. Use a passphrase. Create a unique, memorable phrase that includes numbers and special characters only used for this account. Do not use common terms such as “Mercury,” seasons, or the months of the year.
  3. Complete a successful multi-factor authentication.
  4. Log in using your new password.
Reset Your Password

Note: Your network password differs from your Windows Hello PIN

PINs can only be used on the device they were set up on. These are at least 7 characters and must include at least 1 special character. They don't expire or reset and need to be set up on new devices.
