LA Kings ‘Get a Quote, Get Two, Give Two Tickets’ Offer

Official Rules and Restrictions

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. Eligibility: Offer valid for licensed California drivers, twenty-one (21) years of age and older. Residents and/or licensed drivers in all other states are not eligible to participate. Employees, officers, and directors, including immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related, of Mercury Insurance Services, LLC (“Sponsor”) and any affiliates and subsidiaries and Mercury’s agents or brokers, The Los Angeles Kings Hockey Club, L.P. (the “LA Kings”),  the National Hockey League (“NHL”), L.A. Arena Company, LLC (“LAAC”), and Bally’s Sports, and each  of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and Promotion agencies and all other companies associated with the Promotion (collectively known as “Promotion Parties”) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
3. Promotion Period: The Promotion runs from November 3, 2024 through April 30, 2025. Quotes and/or customer registrations must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2025, to receive a code redeemable for two (2) tickets to one (1)  LA Kings regular season home game, to be played at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, CA during the 2024-2025 NHL season (exact location of the tickets shall be determined by the LA Kings in its sole discretion; games subject to availability).  Available games will be shown when eligible individuals are directed to the selection page. Promotion may end before April 30, 2025 if all ticket codes have been distributed. Promotion period may be extended, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, if Ticket Codes are still available after April 30, 2025.
4. How to Enter: Eligible individuals desiring to participate in the Promotion may do so one (1) of two (2) ways: By completing an online Mercury auto or homeowners insurance quote, or logging into or registering for an online Mercury customer account.
   1. Non-customer Entry Instructions: Complete an online Mercury auto, homeowners, renters or condo insurance quote at mcy.co/kings.
      1. Promotion code – Kings – must be entered at time of quote in the field marked “Promotion or Referral Code.”
      2. All quotes must contain valid contact information (email, street address, and phone number) to be eligible for the offer.
      3. Completion of a quote and entry of a Promotion code signify Entrant’s acceptance of receiving a sales solicitation from Mercury and/or an authorized Mercury representative. No purchase is required.
      4. Limit of one (1) ticket code per household, LA Kings | NHL Mobile App account, street address, IP address, and/or email address. Any attempt to enter more than once may result in disqualification at the discretion of Mercury upon verification of eligibility.
      5. Additionally, registrants are only permitted to enter one (1) Mercury Insurance promotion per 120-day period.
      6. Multiple quotes from the same household, street address, IP address, and/or email address will be disqualified.
   2. Mercury Customer Entry Instructions
      1. Go to mcy.co/kings and login to your Mercury customer portal account. If you don’t have an account, you can register, and you’ll be entered to win. A confirmation message will be displayed alerting you that your request entry request has been received.
      2. Ticket codes for Mercury customers are limited and are only available while supplies last.
5. Ticket Code Terms and Conditions
   1. Each voucher is redeemable for two (2) 300 level LA Kings tickets valued at no more than $60 total
   2. If you wish to upgrade your tickets (100 Level Ends, 200 Level, and 300 Level Centers) your $60 credit will be applied to the upgraded ticketing price. You have the ability to purchase additional tickets if desired, the prices displayed are already discounted!
   3. A ticketing fee in the amount of $7.50 will be charged by AXS.com for each order.
   4. Tickets will be delivered via the LA Kings mobile app. Download the app, create an account/sign in using the email address entered at checkout. You can also access your tickets via the AXS mobile app.
   5. All ticket offers/discounts must be requested prior to sale.
   6. Cannot be combined with any other ticket offer.
   7. Void after April 30, 2025.
   8. Ticket quantities are limited and subject to availability.
   9. Not valid for previously purchased tickets.
   10. Dates and games subject to change.
   11. Not valid for telephone orders.
   12. No cash value.
   13. Ticket Recipients, and any Guests of Ticket Recipients, agree to comply with all applicable arena regulations in connection with the tickets. The LA Kings reserve the right to remove or deny entry to Ticket Recipients and/or any Guests who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Game. The LA Kings and NHL will not be responsible for weather, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any NHL game. Game dates and times may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets offered will govern in the event a game or event is not played due to weather, an Act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, work stoppage or any other reason.
   14. Tickets must be for the same game. Tickets do not include meals, parking, beverages, travel to/from Crypto.com Arena, gratuities or any other expenses of a personal nature.
   15. Terms and conditions subject to change at the sole discretion of Los Angeles Kings.
6. How to Redeem Ticket Code
   1. You will receive an email within ten (10) business days of completion of your quote that includes your unique Ticket Code – WRITE THIS DOWN OR PRINT THE PAGE FOR REFERENCE, AS YOU WILL NEED TO ENTER IT TO REDEEM YOUR TICKETS.
   2. Click on the “Redeem Your Tickets” button in your ticket code email to go to the game selection page.
   3. Select the game of your choice by clicking “Get Tickets”.
   4. Choose a seat section from the list that appears.
   5. Choose a row from the section list.
   6. Choose a seat from the row list.
   7. If the “Isolated Seat Warning” appears, confirm your selection.
   8. Click Continue.
   9. On the next screen click “Add Discount Code”.
   10. Copy and paste your ticket voucher code from the email you received and click Add then Done.
   11. The price for your tickets will update with the discounted amount of $60 listed. The LA Kings will waive the face value of the tickets (300 Level Ends - $60 value), but a ticketing fee of $7.50 per ticket redeem still applies.
   12. Complete the rest of the checkout process.
   13. Once checkout is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
   14. Download the LA Kings | NHL Mobile App at https://www.nhl.com/kings/fans/app.
   15. Register your App using the same email you used to redeem your tickets.
   16. Tickets will be delivered ASAP via the LA Kings | NHL Mobile App.
   
   Use of the LA Kings | NHL Mobile App is subject to the terms and conditions of the app and any data collected while using the app will be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy governing the use of the app.
7. Ticket Donation Information
   
   1. When you complete your quote and receive your promotion code, Sponsor will donate two (2) tickets to the Kings Care Foundation (“The Foundation”).
   2. The Foundation will determine recipients of donated tickets.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:  Promotion Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, lost, damaged, delayed, incomplete, postage-due or garbled entries, email or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless network, website, or other connections, including those through and/or by any website, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable or wireless transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; wireless service congestion; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems, wireless towers or cellular tower equipment; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in  wireless or other transmission, processing, or communication; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, telephone, wireless service, mail, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, or in any Promotion-related materials, or the cancellation or postponement of any show, event or exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below), are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrants, participants', or to any other person's computer and/or wireless device related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website.   
   Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Promotion or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant or any representative of Mercury and/or, or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Mercury, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Promotion is unlawful and subject to legal action by Mercury, and/or their respective agents. Mercury shall have the sole right to disqualify any Entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Promotion, and to resolve all disputes in its sole discretion. Mercury (i) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind concerning any tickets (or any portion thereof), and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. Mercury’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Mercury reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Promotion (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Promotion (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Mercury may elect to identify Winners from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received to the time of such cancellation and all eligible mail-in entries received or otherwise in a manner determined by Mercury to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Mercury will be posted at the Promotion website.
   
   CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MERCURY WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT, AND MERCURY, AND/OR THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY ENTRANT, PERSON, OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
   
   Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified.  In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a potential winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address submitted at the time of entry provided he/she is eligible according to these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the email address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by the Promotion Parties and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion from user's participation in, or attempt to participate in, the Promotion. Promotion Parties are not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of the recipients or these Official Rules. Neither the Promotions Parties nor their agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or non-delivered entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. By participating in the Promotion, entrant releases the Promotion Parties and Facebook, Inc. (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant’s participation in the Promotion. By accepting a Ticket Code, recipient agrees to release and hold the Released Parties, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, harmless from and against any liability for injuries, including death, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion; and from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any tickets. Each recipient, by acceptance of the tickets, grants to Mercury and the LA Kings and those acting under their authority permission to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, image, biographical information and statements, at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet, without notice, review or approval, unless prohibited by law.
11. DISPUTES: To the fullest extent permitted by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees that (A) any and all disputes, claims, controversies or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Promotion, or any tickets awarded (each, a "Claim"), shall be (1) arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party, and (2) settled by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (B) under no circumstance will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that state.
12. WAIVER OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion and submitting a quote, you agree to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all quote and entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against the Promotion Parties and Facebook and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives, and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Promotion, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from participation in the Promotion.
