What types of positions does Mercury offer?

We have career opportunities in different areas of our business. These typically include roles in Claims, Billing, Call Center, Finance, Underwriting, IT, Product and Legal, among others. View our current openings.

What’s the best way to apply for a position at Mercury?

Can I apply for more than one job?

Does Mercury provide accommodations for applicants who need assistance applying for a position?

I have submitted my application. Is there someone I can contact to follow up?

Our Talent Acquisition team regularly reviews all applications for open positions.  All applicants will receive a response from Mercury when a decision has been made regarding your application.  We appreciate your patience during our review process.

I applied for a job. Will my application automatically be matched to other job postings?

It is best that you apply separately for any job that is consistent with your qualifications and interests.

How can I prepare for my interview?

There are many ways to prepare for your interview.  You can help us get to know you by explaining how your prior experience and successes have prepared you for the role you are pursuing at Mercury.  Review the job description and research our products, services, the team, and our company.  Be prepared to share a few examples demonstrating your strengths and be ready to ask any questions you have about the opportunity.  You can visit our website to learn more about the company, our team members, and topics related to finding a job at Mercury.

What should I bring to my in-person interview?

We recommend that you bring a few copies of your resume, along with any other information that shows your qualifications for the job, any questions you have about the role, and a healthy dose of curiosity.

If I have interviewed with Mercury in the past, do I have to go through the interview process again?

To ensure consistency in our process, applicants generally interview for each new position for which they apply.

Does Mercury conduct background checks/substance abuse screenings?

Mercury performs both background checks (including credit checks for select positions) and drug screenings on all new hires as a condition of their offer of employment. 

Once hired, will I have opportunities for training and development?

Yes.  We offer both formal and informal learning opportunities to promote the development of our team members.

Are there promotional opportunities within the company once I am hired?
