Agent Jena Sloane
Agent Jena Sloane is passionate about helping people save money. Time and time again she would save her mom from the scourge of overpriced groceries with her uncanny ability to coupon. She paid for college by saving cans and bottles, and she even saved her father from an embarrassing incident when he was about to pay (gasp!) sticker price for a new car. Yes, saving money is in her blood.
After graduating from an Ivy League school with a 4.0 grade point average, majoring in – naturally – economics, Jena was in the process of earning her Ph.D. when she was recruited by Mercury. After weighing her options very carefully, Agent Sloane eventually landed at Mercury as a Senior Agent, specializing in saving customers hundreds of dollars every year. She’s also a third degree black belt in Karate, Tai Kwon Do and Kung Fu, as well as a three-time defending world kick boxing champion, which comes in handy when she lets loose on Mercury's competition.

Meet Agent Ted Hanson
Agent Ted Hanson
Agent Ted Hanson, or "Shark Bait" as he's known around the office, is Mercury's personalized service expert. He’s there 24/7 to help get wrecked vehicles repaired, rental cars rented, and questions answered. Except Monday-Friday from 7 to 8 pm, when he enjoys some "me time" watching Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy with his mom.
The child of psychiatrists, Agent Hanson was known as an "excellent listener and a great friend" by the girls in high school, which helped him hone his keen ability to provide personalized service and expert advice. Ted had big Hollywood dreams, however, which led to a brief career as a stunt man; he earned the nickname “Shark Bait” when he courageously saved a little girl from a tank of hungry sharks during a local aquarium shoot. Hanson’s uncommon display of valor didn’t go unnoticed by the public, as Agent Sloane happened to be at the aquarium with her niece, Sophie, that same day. Agent Sloane knew immediately that she had found her partner and recruited
him to join her in her quest to become
Mercury’s top agent team. Sure, he’s still
afraid of sharks, but he’s got a mean
uppercut and he’s not afraid to use it!
